The source of the liquid cargo or chemical weapons came from Madison, Illinois, a so-called shut-down uranium-rod production facility of the infamous Dow-Mallinckrodt Chemical Company (of Agent Orange notoriety), more recently operating under the cover name of Spectrulite.
Since the mid-1990s, this highly radioactive site, located across the Mississippi River from St. Louis, has been under a “clean-up” (toxic containment) effort by the EPA, which has resisted designating the huge mess as a permanent hazardous radioactive waste dump.
The chlorine-based compound inside, not five suspected tanker cars but 19 tanker cars that were falsely described by the EPA and Norfolk Southern Rail as “vinyl chloride”, a rather innocuous substance, in a cover-up of the actual content of highly volatile vinylidene chloride and the Unholy Trinity of nerve gas killing agents of warfare - sarin, tabun and VX called organophosphates, which were redacted from the EPA manifest of burnt cargo at East Palestine, Ohio planned disaster. These four toxic/acidic chemicals were part of the illegal chemical weapons hidden in Madison, Illinois, across the Mississippi River from St. Louis, the home of the implicated Mallinckrodt Pharmaceutical and Chemical Weapons Supplier.
The vinylidene chloride, is a powerful oxidizing agent and also known as 1,1 Dichloroethene which was used by Dow-Mallinckrodt to clean uranium fuel rods for nuclear reactors at the Madison, Illinois facility, where it has since been stored in steel holding tanks.
The detection of phosgene (10 times more toxic than chlorine gas) in the black cloud of smoke over the East Palestine, Ohio burn pit indicated the chemical content of the nineteen mysterious tanker cars, which was NOT vinyl chloride as falsely claimed by Dow-Spectrulite Chemical, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceutical, Norfolk Southern Transit and the EPA but actually comprised of the more volatile vinylidene dichloride (H2C=CCl2), a molecule containing carbon (C) and two chlorine particles (Cl, the latter lower case L should not to be confused for the numeral 1 or letter I).

In addition, the friction of the toppled steel tanker sliding over gravel would NOT have been the cause of the tanker car starting on fire since it was already on fire before derailment in the possible planned toxic/acidic chemical spill.

Despite mass media ignorance and denial of toxic acidic smoke of nano and micro dust particles, act as a "precipitation nuclei" to which molecules of water in the atmosphere attach and aggregate to form acid rain drops of phosgene from vinylidene dichloride.
Phosgene is the organic chemical compound with the formula COCl₂. It is a toxic, colorless gas; in low concentrations, its musty odor resembles that of freshly cut hay or grass. It can be thought of as formaldehyde with the hydrogen atoms replaced by chlorine atoms.
Phosgene is extremely poisonous and was used as a chemical weapon during World War I, where it was responsible for 85,000 deaths.
It is a highly potent pulmonary irritant and quickly filled enemy trenches due to it being a heavy gas.
It is classified as a Schedule 3 substance under the Chemical Weapons Convention.
In addition small amounts occur from the breakdown and the combustion of organochlorine compounds, such as the poisonous agent chloroform.

There have been countless reports of health concerns by the residents of East Palestine and surrounding communities following the derailment of the sixteen liquid tanker cars carrying hazardous chemical materials, including vinylidene dichloride, that first responders eventually burned off.

He has also had a rash on and off on his face. I have pictures of it if that helps, but it does seem to be getting much better now. The strangest thing is the cough as it seems to be coming and going. I have so many questions. But my first question is I would like to have his blood tested for all the chemicals that were on that train. I wanna know what his levels are now and I want a monitor it in the coming future. I want to detox him if that's even possible. Given that my doctor won't even call me back on his behalf, which is funny because my son has not had a sick call with him in 2 years! I honestly think he doesn't even wanna be involved in this home? That's one bit.. I didn't know if perhaps you had a Doctor in the area that I could have this blood work done. Or if perhaps you could order it? I would also like to have water testing done. I am a specially concerned right now With Our some pumps in the basement. Constantly carrying groundwater out. Our town is called new Springfield for a reason. The underground Springs are plentiful here. There was also some weird substance on the top of my swimming pool cover. I did get a sample of the water and I took pictures But I have yet to find any labs in this area That aren't charging an arm and a leg. Workers Cleaning Up Toxic Ohio Train Derailment Are Getting Sick, Rail Union Leader Warns
A top union leader penned a letter to Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg about a number of rail workers at the Norfolk Southern derailment site in East Palestine, Ohio, who have become sick from the toxic chemical spill.
CNBC obtained the letter on Wednesday. Jonathan Long, a union representative for the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees Division of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, titled the letter “Norfolk Southern Is Dangerous to America” and said about 40 workers were ordered by the railway to clean up the wreckage.

The federal Environmental Protection Agency has ordered Norfolk Southern to stop its shipments of hazardous waste from the site of the train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, so that it can review the company's plans for disposal.
Officials in Nevada, Texas, Indiana and Michigan are complaining they didn't receive any warning that contaminated water and soil from the toxic/acidic train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, would be shipped into their jurisdictions for disposal without permission!
About 2 million gallons of firefighting water from the train derailment site were expected to be disposed in Harris County, Texas, with about half a million gallons already there, according to the county's chief executive.
"It's a very real problem, we were told yesterday the materials were coming only to learn today they've been here for a week," Judge Lina Hidalgo said Thursday.
Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine said 4,832 cubic yards of soil have been removed from the ground in East Palestine and about six truckloads were on the way to Michigan.
The complaints widen the controversy caused by the February 3 train derailment that left residents complaining about feeling sick after hazardous chemicals of vinylidene dichloride converted to phosgene gas seeped into the air, water and soil.
A National Transportation Safety Board preliminary report found that one of the train's cars carrying vinylidene dichloride liquid was heated by a hot axle that sparked the initial fire, according to Jennifer Homendy, the chair of the safety board.
As the temperature of the bearing got hotter, the train passed by two wayside defect detectors that did not trigger an audible alarm message because the heat threshold was not met at that point, Homendy explained. A third detector eventually picked up the high temperature, but it was already too late by then.
"This was 100% preventable! . . .
