Washington State Department of Health provided "installment #1" of records allegedly-but-not-really responsive to a FOI for studies in which alleged "SARS-COV-2" was found in the bodily fluid/tissue of sick people and purified. "Installment #1" is a sci-fi-fantasy having nothing to do with purification or any science whatsoever... or any connection to reality for that matter. It is titled "SARS-CoV-2 Sequencing and Variants in Washington State" and begins:

The department also confessed that its lab: has not attempted to isolate SARS-CoV-2 from any specimen or matrix. Nor does the PHL have in its possession isolated viable SARS-CoV-2 virus. The WAPHL performs diagnostic testing that is PCR based... Next generation sequencing is performed on SARS-CoV-2 positive patient samples using extracted genomic material, not virus isolates."
February 1, 2022:
University of Toronto (Ontario, Canada) refused my FOI for any records containing additional details re “controls” used in Banerjee et al.’s fanti-science “SARS-COV-2 isolation” publication. The people at the University of Toronto responsible for this decision chose to hide behind a section of the FOI legislation that protects research associated with an educational institution from public scrutiny…despite the obligation to disclose that is listed in section 11 (1):

U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry responded to a FOIA request for all studies / reports in their possession, custody or control describing the purification of any "virus" addressed by any "vaccine" on either their childhood or adult U.S. "immunization" schedule, directly from a sample taken from a diseased host where the sample was not first combined with any other source of genetic material. CDC/ATSDR provided 5 studies on "rotavirus" (thereby admitting they have no records for any other alleged viruses). Dutch Ministry for Health, Well-being & Sport (Netherlands): In response to a request for "reliable evidence that SARS-CoV-2 (or any other so-called virus) has been isolated from an "unadulterated sample from a sick patient" (or a sick animal) and that that so-called virus can be transmitted to another person (or animal) and then cause the same so-called disease there", the Ministry provided the requester 2 nonresponsive studies that describe the fabrication of "genomes" never shown to correspond to anything in the physical realm, and useless so-called "isolation" in cell culture (oxymoron).

This FOI response from Metropolitan Police, UK very strongly suggests that the people involved in their COVID-19 crime investigation (reference number 6029679/21) are either:
1) wildly unorganized and incompetent, or 2) participating in a cover-up of worldwide fraud and crimes against humanity.
We required the people acting for Metro Police to provide records that they ought to have sought as part of their investigation - records describing the first and absolutely essential (but not sufficient) step in proving the existence of the alleged "virus" (purification from bodily fluid/tissue), OR, if they have no such records (since none exist anywhere in the world) studies that in their opinion prove the existence of "SARS-COV-2".
They claim that they would need more than 18 hours to search for said records, and hide behind an exemption based on said claim.

UK Health Security Agency denied Michael S.'s request for further details of the fake "virus isolation" and "whole genome sequencing" methodologies employed by the authors (including Public Health England’s Maria Zambon) of a "rapid communication" published in Eurosurveillance entitled "Duration of infectiousness and correlation with RT-PCR cycle threshold values in cases of COVID-19, England, January to May 2020".
HSA cited a "national security" exemption, claiming that disclosure of the methods used to "amplify" an imaginary virus would pose a biosecurity hazard. They also said that releasing the details would "directly contravene an explicit request from the World Health Organization" not to, and implied that disclosure would cause identifiable patient information to be made public. Michael quite sanely rejected HSA's bizarre excuses but HSA stuck to their story.
HSA also equated fake viral growth in a monkey/cow/human mixture with "isolation", finding genetic material with identifying an organism, and fabricating meaningless "genomes" with refinement and confirmation. Because science!

Belgium's national public health institute Sciensano coordinates a Risk Assessment Group "in charge of assessing risks to public health in a national and international context", validates procedures in the context of "COVID-19" and "has a legally determined surveillance task in the context of public health" (p3 here). People acting for New Zealand‘s crown research corporation, the Institute of Environmental Science and Research (ESR), insist that Michael S. pay $2964 for important details regarding the so-called "SARS-COV-2 genome sequencing" that were omitted from the publication "Transmission of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 during Border Quarantine and Air Travel, New Zealand (Aotearoa)" (Eichler et al.). According to my colleague Marc Gray's translation, this man or woman indicated that the ANSM is not authorized to verify the existence of alleged viruses unless doing so is "necessary in the context of a request concerning a drug or a micro-organism", which according to them is not the case with their "pandemic" activity. "The requested documents do not exist within the ANSM" and science "does not fall within the scope of competence of the ANSM". So good to know.

They refused Michael's FOI on this basis, and also claimed that the required records are publicly available, and that they "understand" that the virus exists based on hearsay evidence. Michael followed up with a complaint, seeking remedy via provision of the alleged records or a retraction of MBIA's claim that the virus exists.
July/August 2022:
Michael S. filed a FOI with NZ Ministry of Health for records showing scientific evidence that bacteria demineralize tooth enamel as claimed. Jane Chambers, acting as Group Leader, Public Health Policy and Regulation, Public Health Agency, Ministry of Health, provided no records and in fact pretended that this was a request on the topic of water fluoridation and cited an unhelpful review. Michael then challenged the MOH by filing a complaint seeking remedy via provision of the requested records or an admission that there are none. An anonymous man or woman responded, stating that the Ministry stands by the decision and has nothing further to add:
August/September 2022 update:
An anonymous complaint response letter indicates that "MBIE formed part of the all of government response to COVID-19" (sic) and the people at MBIE stand by their reliance on hearsay evidence. Further, they admitted to Michael that "you are however correct that we cannot identify a specific piece of information which falls within the specific parameters of your request", but continued to refuse his FOI based on their assumptions that they 1) do have scientific records and 2) it would take too much work to find them. They concluded by suggesting that Michael give up and talk to the Ministry of Health instead... as if he hadn't already done that repeatedly since 2020. Michael followed this inanity with another complaint, again seeking remedy via provision of the alleged scientific records or an admission that no such records exist. The latest anonymous complaint response letter from MBIE indicates that they stand by:
1) their reliance on hearsay,
2) their assumption that they do have scientific records, and
3) their refusal of the FOI on the grounds that attempting to confirm their assumption would be too much work and would unreasonably impact their criminal racket operations.

Larry now labels anyone asking for evidence of any alleged "virus" as "frivolous and/or vexatious". Darren, a concerned and hardly-frivolous parent in Peterborough filed his first-ever FOI to PPH and is now on the receiving end of Larry's willful obstruction and potentially slanderous accusations. Instead of providing Darren with documentation that forms the basis of Thomas Piggot and PPH's claims that "monkeypox virus" was confirmed in Peterborough, Larry claimed that Darren's FOI "is frivolous and/or vexatious, in that it is part of a pattern of conduct that amounts to an abuse of the right of access and interferes with the operations of Peterborough Public Health”. Darren then filed an appeal with Patricia Kosseim who acts as Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario (IPC), but according to Lorne Swartz who acts as Registrar, Patricia and the IPC are basically now useless, having closed their office in March 2020 and being too incompetent to handle appeals remotely. Next, on August 30, 2022, Larry pulled the same stunt with another un-frivolous parent, Sarah Bailey in Peterborough, who had filed their first-ever FOI to PPH. This FOI was for any record of anyone on Earth finding and purifying the imaginary West Nile virus from any bodily fluid or tissue (so that actual science might take place), or failing that any study that according to Thomas Piggot proves its alleged existence, or failing that whatever documents PPH relies on when insisting that west nile virus is in Peterborough. Roger would not disclose whether or not the skin tissue used in the image had been stored in "virus transport medium" (containing fetal bovine serum, etc.) prior to imaging, or who performed the imaging....

Kelsey Kennard, acting in the Office of the Registrar, later confessed that the so-called "isolation" paper by Otago researcher Miguel Quiñones-Mateu is merely descriptive, has no hypothesis and nothing to prove or disprove. Yet Kelsey later insisted that the exact same descriptive paper - that has no hypothesis to test - is scientific proof of the imaginary virus.
Michael has attempted to obtain further details from Otago about the invalid/insufficient "controls" used in this unscientific descriptive paper. They are clearly insufficient because they were not treated in the same way as the experimental group, minus the fake virus. But Otago has been extremely uncooperative with Michael, vexatious even.
Kelsey has now responded to a new and distinct FOI from Michael for scientific proof that the (imaginary) SARS-COV-2 causes "covid-19" (which is "confirmed" with fraudulent, meaningless "tests" that have no gold standard). The folks at both Health Canada and Public Health Agency of Canada conducted thorough searches and had to confess that they have no record of anyone on Earth finding any alleged "monkeypox virus" in the bodily fluid/tissue/excrement of any diseased "host" (animal or human) and then purifying this alleged "virus"… which would have been necessary in order for this alleged thing to have been sequenced, characterized and studied with fully controlled experiments. In other words, they have no scientific evidence that this alleged "virus" even exists in alleged hosts, let alone causes any disease whatsoever.

The U.S. CDC and Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry confessed that a search of their records failed to find any that describe anyone on Earth finding any alleged "HTLV1" or "HTLV-III/LAV" in the bodily fluid/tissue/excrement of any diseased diseased host and then purifying either of these alleged "viruses"… which would be necessary in order for them to be sequenced, characterized and studied with fully controlled experiments. Dr. Mark Trozzi and Dr. Tess Lawrie make up one half of the Steering Committee of the pompously-named "World Council for Health". Past slogans of this "world council" have been: "Science Belongs to the People" and "Reclaiming Science Together". However instead of responding to my polite and very reasonable queries for scientific evidence to back up their "virus" claims (i.e. "we now have a really big coronavirus problem"; "Boston University Created a Dangerous New Coronavirus"), Dr. Trozzi and Dr. Lawrie opted to ignore/deflect/distract/gaslight/accuse. Dr. Trozzi completely ignored my emails, while Dr. Lawrie's entire (non)response was: "Your approach suggests you are more interested in picking a fight than helping humanity at this time." Dr. Trozzi did however publish a video during this time wherein he portrayed himself as the victim of a "Strange Accusation" from no-virus people.
Bottom line: "World Council for Health" demonstrated even less transparency than government agencies, but Dr. Lawrie was also "sending love" so I guess that makes it ok. I wonder how they propose to hold convid perps accountable without any science to back up their claims.
