The source of the liquid cargo came from Madison, Illinois, a shut-down uranium-rod production facility of the infamous Dow Chemical Company (of Agent Orange notoriety), more recently operating under the cover name of Spectrulite.
Since the mid-1990s, this highly radioactive site, located across the Mississippi River from St. Louis, has been under a “clean-up” (toxic containment) effort by the EPA, which has resisted designating the huge mess as a permanent hazardous waste dump.
The chlorine-based compound inside the five suspected tanker cars was falsely described by the EPA and Norfolk Rail as “vinyl chloride”, a rather innocuous substance, in a cover-up of the actual content of highly volatile vinylidene chloride. The latter, is a powerful oxidizing agent also known as 1,1 Dichloroethene and was used by Dow to clean uranium fuel rods at the Madison facility, where it has since been stored in steel holding tanks.
The detection of phosgene in the black cloud of smoke over the East Palestine, Ohio burn pit indicated the chemical content of the five mysterious tanker cars, which was NOT vinyl chloride as falsely claimed by Spectrulite-Dow, Norforlk Southern and the EPA but actually comprised of the more volatile vinylidene dichloride (CH2=CCl), a molecule containing carbon (C) and two chlorine particles (Cl, the latter lower case L should not to be confused for the numeral 1).
The carbon element in vinylidene increases volatility/flammability during exposure to heat (as occurred due to the friction of toppled steel tankers sliding over gravel.
The disproportionate mass of the chlorine particle, as compared with the lighter elements, enables it to break free of its bonds. The atomic weight of chlorine is 35.45 or three times that of carbon at 12, and hydrogen at a mere 1.0.
The imbalance in atomic weight means that the volatile chlorine can break loose from its micro-electromagnetic bonds to become a free-ranging radical/oxidant, generating heat of explosive power during inter-molecular collisions, especially when agitated.
The capture of the oxygen component from the air, during the final step of self-synthesis of the highly toxic/acidic compound phosgene, results in intense oxidation, aka burning, as seen at East Palestine’s infamous trench.
The violent flames and towering black smoke is the vinylidene dichloride created phosgene which has led to the harmful effects now and in the near future for any and all humans and animals who were exposed or will be exposed (1200 miles North, East and South) to the chemically laden fumes and smoke (over3,500 wild animals were reportedly killed, and many local residents have been suffering and will suffer from “phosgene poisoning” aka chemical poisoning from the Norfolk - EPA pit burn) of vinylidene dichloride.
Despite mass media ignorance and denial of toxic acidic smoke and nano and micro dust particles, act as a "precipitation nuclei" to which molecules of water in the atmosphere attach and aggregate to form acid rain drops of phosgene from vinylidene dichloride.
Phosgene is the organic chemical compound with the formula COCl₂. It is a toxic, colorless gas; in low concentrations, its musty odor resembles that of freshly cut hay or grass. It can be thought of as formaldehyde with the hydrogen atoms replaced by chlorine atoms.
Phosgene is extremely poisonous and was used as a chemical weapon during World War I, where it was responsible for 85,000 deaths. It is a highly potent pulmonary irritant and quickly filled enemy trenches due to it being a heavy gas.
It is classified as a Schedule 3 substance under the Chemical Weapons Convention. In addition small amounts occur from the breakdown and the combustion of organochlorine compounds, such as the poisonous agent chloroform.

Then you will understand why it was so important to produce this warp speed COVID-19 bioweapon, and its connection with the lightning speed of installing 5G cell towers on school roofs, cell towers on grounds in city and rual areas, and 5G weaponized streetlights with 5G WIFI transmitters.
Besides using this bioweapon injected to cause mass permanently disabilities and even maximize the death potential, graphene oxide which has an electrical charge and hydrogel with the insertion of cesium-137 as revealed by Todd Callender, and the self-replicating and self-construction of nano particles and nanotubes to construct an internal WIFI system to communicate with the individual’s body with 5G microwave radiation frequencies. Without the ingredients of graphene oxide, the hydrogel, and the Cesium-137 this would not be possible. This is exactly one of the many ingredients that have been undeclared in the bioweapon COVID-19 serum injections.
This is the very reason these 'bad actors' were introducing this new, experimental injection, that was never about viral protection, but as Moderna’s website said they were injecting the software of life like a computer system with “plug and play” capabilities like in a computer system. They have or are setting up a way to track those who have been injected who can be controlled by AI with the microwave radiation frequencies.
About 6 years ago, I learned that they have the frequencies of various viruses, as I have already mentioned, for which they can transmit into those that have the injection with the “software of life” any virus frequency to incapacitate or kill one. A cause of death that would be very hard to identify.
Many of these frequencies were discovered by Royal Rife years ago and were no doubt confiscated by the government military, and no doubt also involving DARPA, as was Tesla’s inventions that would have made it possible for US energy independence. FREE ENERGY!
It is my assumption that once the 5G cell towers are fully installed and activated in large, metropolitan areas, that due to the powerful microwave beams coming from every direction possible, will lead to death by radiation poisoning from the microwave oven everyone will be living in. But there again, it will also be covered up as death by a COVID to pacify those wearing their tin foil hats and mask.
