Current medical science has this theory that the white blood cells provide some sort of protection or immunity against so-called infectious agents that may cause sickness and dis-ease.

The alkaline buffering system manufactures and secretes alkaline buffering agents or antioxidants in order to maintain the delicate alkaline pH of the vascular fluids at 7.365 and the interstitial fluids of the Interstitium organ or the 'Colloidal Connective Tissue of the Schade' at a pH of 8.4.

Four of the alkaline buffering agents secreted by the 'Alkaline Buffering System' are sodium bicarbonate, potassium bicarbonate, magnesium and calcium.
