You should know that reduced graphene oxide is different from almost every other material now known, and this difference is why eugenicists, technocrats and corrupt governments want it in everything; water, air, drugs, vaccines, etc.
It can act as a two way transducer of quantum percolation energy on an atom to atom basis. Only certain mass structures can do a good job of percolating energy on an atom to atom basis. Atom to atom means neuron to neuron, or graphene to graphene, as in metro area sized graphene signal collection domes, cell towers themselves containing hundreds of trillions of graphene cells, each with the potential for connecting a VAXXed person or reduced graphene infected person via Bluetooth, anywhere and in any place on earth or in space.
Billions of humans and animals around the World are now connected to 'The Internet of Everything' thanks to reduced graphene oxide now found in the air, water, food, drugs, so-called vaccines, vitamins, etc. and now in ALL humans, animals, birds, fish and reptiles to a lesser or greater degree.
Complete consciousness takeover is NOW NOT ONLY possible, it is happening in real time, as portrayed in the zombie movie you might have watched as a child. But this is too obvious and so generally, the graphene zombies are only momentarily consciousness-suppressed, while their subconscious back store is modified to change what they think and what they believe via a quantum link.
The reduced graphene oxide connection with 3, 4 and 5G and the higher densities from graphene domes or death towers (1000 domes or towers minimum are now operational in every city around the World) are sourced with lasers that have been stripped of their regular electromagnetic waves, leaving only high density magnetic quantum percolation capable of atom to atom interconnects.
This means that we are ALL at risk with a planned total human connection under CODES or UN "Coalition for Digital Environment Sustainability" (2019), which is the UN roadmap for the connection of all Humans and Animals to the Internet of things and will be totally controlled by technocrats like Lucent Technologies, IBM, T. J. Watson Research Center, Google, Microsoft and corrupt leaders of governments around the world.

With one flick of a switch every living thing in this directed energy weapons path would be fried like a frog in water and cooked to death in just a few minutes!
