The lawsuit filed by Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, stems from an investigation announced in May of 2023 into whether COVID-19 VAXXXine makers Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson and Oxford - AstraZeneca misled the public about their products, including manipulating the trail data.
This pandemic was a deeply challenging time for Americans," state Ken Paxton. "If any company illegally took advantage of consumers during this period or compromised people's safety to increase their profits, they will be held responsible."

What is Pfizer Being Sued For?
AG Paxton and his office have filed 18 violations across 5 counts of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) §17.46 against Pfizer. Per the petition, approximately 3.5 million Texans were inoculated with Pfizer’s COVID-19 so-called mRNA injections due to the deceptive and false claims made by Pfizer (specifically made by CEO Albert Bourla) and their attempts to suppress data that disclosed the actual ineffectiveness of the mRNA injections (specifically actions taken by former FDA commissioner and current Pfizer Board Member, Scott Gottlieb).
The Texas lawsuit goes onto explain how Bourla “broadly and recklessly claimed that the vaccine prevented COVID-19, full-stop.”
Pfizer Executive Members, including CEO Albert Bourla, Acted in an Unconscionable Manner
Under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act, Pfizer acted in an unconscionable manner by misrepresenting the highly technical definition of a 95% relative risk reduction.
The DTPA also protects against any act that would be considered unconscionable. Bear in mind that “unconscionability” is a difficult standard to meet. It is defined as an act or practice that, to a consumer’s detriment, takes advantage of a person's lack of knowledge, ability, experience, or capacity to a grossly unfair degree. Unconscionability sometimes arises when a savvy seller manipulates an unsophisticated buyer into purchasing an item the buyer does not really want or need. Albert Bourla intentionally misled American and global citizens into believing “the false impression that 95% of vaccine recipients would never obtain COVID-19 full stop.”
The lawsuit goes on to explain that Bourla knew his claims were reckless and misleading, and was fully aware that the mainstream media (CNN, MSNB, Forbes, Reuters, etc.) would pick up and repeat this blatantly false narrative.
Dr. Bourla did this in order to capture as much of the global COVID-19 ‘vaccine’ market share and ‘share of voice’ as quickly as possible to ensure the eventual cumulative revenues of more than $100 billion from BNT162b, COMIRNATY, and booster sales.
Pfizer Has Been Charged with 16 Violations of Misrepresentations Under Texas DTPA Filed Against Them by Claiming That Pfizer’s COVID-19 So-called mRNA Injections Would Ensure; A 95% Reduction In Risk of COVID-19 Infection to the Individual!
FACT: Pfizer data shows a less than 1% (0.85%) absolute reduction in risk for infection in the mRNA group vs placebo
FACT: Pfizer “did not count” 409 patients who came down with moderate-severe COVID-19 with in one week after the second dose of mRNA, versus 287 in the placebo group.
A Period of Immunization for 6 Months or Longer
FACT: In 2021, Pfizer was promoting interim phase-3 data of 2 months or less in more than half of their study population as 6-month data
Prevent Transmissions and Infection of Loved Ones
FACT: CDC household and childhood data shows vaccinated homes increase transmission
Up to 100% Protection Against Variant Infectious, Including the South African & Delta Variants
FACT: Per CDC data and FDA submitted data by Pfizer during the Delta surge (September 17, 2021) indicated that the risk of infection and hospitalization increased over time in the those who received 2 or more Pfizer mRNA injections.
Two (2) additional violations under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act have been filed against Pfizer on the count for scheming to conceal vaccine underperformance. (See Texas petition as well as Berenson vs. Pfizer and Twitter case).
Pfizer Exploited Texans by Acting In An
Unconscionable Manner
Bottom line is that Pfizer knowingly acted in an unconscionable manner in promoting their ineffective and harmful mRNA injections and by making false and reckless claims of immunization and protection while playing on the fears and emotions of distraught Texans.
Pfizers and Pfizers CEO, Dr. Albert Bourla's words and actions were clearly motivated for purposes of exploiting Texans, Americans, and global citizens in order to capture the position of global leader in the COVID-19 mRNA market, benefitting Pfizer to the tune of more than $75 billion in global sales in just 2 years.
Is Pfizer Only Being Fined $10 Million?
No. If Pfizer were to be found guilty on all counts, the judge could order Pfizer be fined up to $10,000 per count, resulting in a multi-billion dollar settlement.
